Our Vineyard and Cellar Door is the perfect location for an intimate reception for a smaller number of guests or an elegant stand-up coctail function. With private access and a decking overlooking our acres of vines, an outdoor garden Ceremony location and a huge lawn for games, our Estate can boast that we have it all!
A classic ‘ye-olde’ style English Tavern, The Pig & Whistle offers a relaxed environment for great dining, music, entertainment or just a good game of darts! You can even use the outdoor decking for your pre-dinner drinks before heading into our Barn or Cellar Door for your function.
With scenic views across the rolling Mornington Peninsula hills on one side and a majestic outlook across the bay to Portsea on the other, The Pig & Whistle is the ideal location for your next event including weddings (ceremony or reception or both), corporate events, sports club presentation nights, group dinners, family get togethers or an afternoon of wine tasting and tapas.
Offering 2 separate living areas including 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms, the facility has a sleeping capacity of 10 guests within 4 double bedrooms. Full laundry facilities, billiard table, swimming pool, open fire place, reverse cycle AC in most rooms are just some of the many features of this magnificent residence.

Bayview vigorously expand the expansion of accommodation suites, the construction of the wedding Auditorium, day-style spa garden, the building of Kaoru grass manor, wedding hall, rose garden, vegetable garden And the car’s sub-orchard. There is no doubt a good place to relax.
There are many routes to take depending on where you’re traveling from. If you’re traveling from Melbourne CBD, take the Monash Freeway (M1) out to Eastlink (M3) heading southbound towards Dandenong. Stay on Eastlink until you reach the Portsea turn off onto Peninsula Link (M11). Once you reach Dromana, take exit C789 and climb Arthurs Seat road, turning right onto Purves road when you reach the top. Approximately 3km along Purves Road you’ll find Bayview Estate and The Pig & Whistle Tavern.
